Agreement
By using economyelectricalservices.com, submitting a quote request, or receiving service from Economy Electrical Services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Economy Electrical Services is a licensed and insured electrical contractor in Maryland. Quotes are estimates; final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. A signed quote/agreement and a deposit are required before any work starts. Maryland sales tax (6%) applies where required.
Property access
A responsible adult age 18 or older must be present at the property for the duration of the appointment while our technician is on-site. We cannot enter or work in a home, apartment, or building that is occupied only by minors.
SMS messaging program
By providing your mobile number through our website, by phone, or in person, you consent to receive text messages from Economy Electrical Services at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Program: Service updates, appointment reminders, arrival notices, invoice/payment updates, and quote follow-ups.
- Frequency: Varies based on your activity (typically 1–6 messages per active job).
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Payment
Invoices are due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Maryland law.
Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 1 year from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification by others, power surges, or acts of nature.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
