Program description
Economy Electrical Services sends transactional SMS messages to customers who have opted in. Messages relate to your service request and include: quote confirmations, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival ("on the way") notifications, invoice delivery and payment reminders, job status updates, and post-job quality-control follow-ups.
How to opt in
Customers opt in to SMS through one of the following methods:
- Web forms. Check the SMS consent box on /book, /quote, /schedule, or /request. The form cannot submit without checking the box.
- Phone. Verbal opt-in during an inbound call to (443) 529-4541; the call is logged and consent is recorded in our CRM.
- In person. Signed service agreement at the job site.
The exact checkbox language presented on our web forms is:
"Enter your mobile number to receive service updates, appointment reminders, and quote follow-ups from Economy Electrical Services. By submitting your number, you agree to receive text messages from us. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (1–6 messages per active job). For help, reply HELP or call (443) 529-4541. To opt out, reply STOP. View our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy."

Message frequency
Frequency varies based on your activity. Customers typically receive 1–6 messages per active job (quote → appointment → en route → invoice → follow-up).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts. You may also email us to be removed.

Supported carriers
Messages are sent via Twilio over major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy & data sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
